TNSC is a Toronto hub for Nepalese soccer lovers, welcoming players of all ages from kids under 7 to veterans over 45. We provide structured training for youth and keep our senior teams active through frequent friendlies and competitive tournaments. Our programs transition from outdoor summer fields to indoor winter leagues to ensure the community can play year-round. Everything we do focuses on building athletic skills and strengthening community ties through soccer.
TNSC Youth
Our TNSC Youth Program helps kids under 14 learn soccer through fun, active training and plenty of practice matches. We also proudly host the Kunjun Sharma Memorial Cup, giving our young players a great way to build skills, gain confidence, and compete together.
TNSC Premier
TNSC Premier is our elite squad and one of Ontario’s top teams. Coming off three tournament wins in 2025, the team stays sharp through expert coaching and frequent practice matches. We also host the TNS Cup, providing a high-level stage for our players to compete and excel.
TNSC Veteran
TNSC Veterans is our recreational team for experienced players. They stay active with practice games every Saturday and Sunday against both internal and external groups. Our club also proudly hosts two major events for this team: the Veteran Cup and the GlassMaster Cup.
